Work at the site was already on going from Project Reclaim Phase I. Material haulage transitioned from Phase I to Phase

||
II on the day the contract was signed. Material haulage continues daily on the project. Work has progressed to the outer
|
||
edge of the structure.
|
||
|
||
Application for payment #4 requested payment in the amount of $249,764.29. Payment of the invoice was recommended.
