|
||
Material removal continued throughout the month. The company completed excavation of the ditch from Zone 1 to the
|
||
building site in the vicinity of Zones 3 and 4. Since completion of the ditch the focus of material removal has been in the
|
||
building zones. During the 6/19/19 inspection, the contractor had opened up a large pit in the vicinity of Zone 4. Solid
|
||
ground was visible in the bottom of the pit, and pictures were taken to document that the contractor had excavated to solid
|
||
at the building site. Heavy rains throughout the month has left the material saturated and much more difficult to work.
