A regular monthly meeting of the Russell County Board of Supervisors was held on Monday, September
|
||
12, 2022 at 6:00 pm at the Russell County Government Center in Lebanon, Virginia.
|
||
|
||
The Clerk called the meeting to order.
|

presented a resolution in her honor.

The Board presented Russell County Country music band 49 Winchester with a resolution proclaiming
|
||
April 09 as the Annual “49 Winchester Day” in Russell County.
|
||
|
||
Dora Martin, representing Vet Fest gave the Board an overview of the Vet Fest event to be held on
|
||
September 24, 2022.
|
||
|
||
Cuba Porter, Chairman of The Russell County Public Service Authority gave an update on the fire
|
||
hydrants and PSA projects.
|
||

Victor Hall, Castlewood commented that a water main leak flooded his garage, and the PSA was at fault.

Annie Stevens, New Garden Rescue Squad requested ARPA funds to help with the expenses of the all
|
||
the fire and rescue departments.
|
||
|
||
