The Virginia Department of Mines, Minerals, and Energy, UVA Virginia Solar Initiative, and SolSmart hosted a three-part training series on "Best Practices for Solar PV Permitting and Inspections." This SolSmart training series informs attendees about simplified solar permitting processes for residential systems and the applicable codes and standards. Attendees will learn about proper procedures for understanding and reviewing permit applications and supplemental documentation for compliance and what to look for when conducting system inspections. |
