COMMENTS
Material removal continued throughout the month. The company completed excavation of the ditch from Zone 1 to the building site in the vicinity of Zones 3 and 4. Since completion of the ditch the focus of material removal has been in the building zones. During the 6/19/19 inspection, the contractor had opened up a large pit in the vicinity of Zone 4. Solid ground was visible in the bottom of the pit, and pictures were taken to document that the contractor had excavated to solid at the building site. Heavy rains throughout the month has left the material saturated and much more difficult to work.
