Fiscal responsibility, shrinking the size of government and having better resources for farmers are among the top issues for Russell County Board of Supervisors candidate Andrew Hensley. Hensley, a Republican, is running against Independent Con Johnson for the District 1 seat currently held by Tim Lovelace.
