2. Where is the nearest Solid Waste Site?

We have solid waste sites placed strategically throughout the county.

Our manned sites are as follows: Lebanon, Dogtown, Swords Creek, Cleveland, Belfast, Blackford, Radio Station and Sun.

Our unmanned sites are as follows: Drill, Moccasin and Finney.

3. Does Russell County have a recycling program?

Yes. The Russell County Recycling Program has a location site at the Lebanon Recycling Center.

4. What items can be recycled at the recycling sites?

At this time, we are only accepting cardboard.
