Attached is the revised Host Agreement that incorporates the changes we discussed the
other day. The PDF version is a redline, and the Word document is a clean copy.

‘TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE. We need their comments back ASAP. Also, you and NOVA
need to resolve financial terms (Annual Minimum, host fees, etc.) quickly.
