## Foul: Terry Kilgore Pass Interference

Reportedly, Terry Kilgore has contacted the Scott County Board of Supervisors on the matter of the Letter of Opposition and asked that they not send it. This email from Scott County Board of Supervisors Chairman cites how Wise County refused to send theirs, presumably because of this category of interference.
