COMMENTS  

A meeting was held on site on 12-12-18 with Heather McDonald-Taylor, Lesa Baker and Clara Harris from DMME and 
William Wampler, Kevin Large and Dave Powers with the company.    The site was reviewed and future plans discussed.  
Work has not yet begun on the site.   Large scale material removal cannot begin until the material within the structure is 
partially dried.  Pumping cannot commence until the ponds on permit 1302253 are approved to receive the drainage.  
That is addressed in application 1010465. That application is likely to be approved soon.  Pumping will commence as 
soon as the application is approved.  Large scale gob removal will likely not commence until spring.
