One of the things that seems most relevant to me about the Moss # 3 Landfill project was at 4 minutes, 17 seconds through this third video.
|
||||
|
||||
The Governor said "second of all," referring to an enumerated list of things he'd been working on, "was to make it easier to do business and so we've been streamlining regulations left, right, and center. One of the things that I'm most proud of is the work that we've done with the Department of Environmental Quality to make sure that permitting is now much easier. And what's amazing is that today major permits across the Commonwealth of Virginia take half the time to get that they did two years ago."
